All negatives are stored on-site for 6 months after the job's share date, then they are stored off-site for a further 6 months. Please purchase this service to retrieve your off-site negatives. This covers the retrieval from off-site storage (we will include any on-site negatives) and return courier to you. Return courier is tracked via Post Haste you will receive an email once negatives are collected and on their way to you. It may take us 2 - 3 weeks to organise all of your negatives.
We take no responsibility for any negatives that are lost or damaged in transit. 

All negatives not collected within 12 months of job's share date are destroyed.
