During AL3 we will be trading as close to normal as possible. As per government regulations all purchases must be made via our website (at this stage no in-store purchases will be allowed) and we will be offering Click and Collect, Courier Deliveries and contactless drop off points for films. 

Below is how we will operate within the government regulations:

Click and Collect in-store:

Make your purchase online and in the shipping option select ‘Click and Collect Cuba or Constable’. 

Once your parcel is sorted you will receive a text or email saying it is ready and reminding you of the shop you selected and it’s opening times.

When you arrive at either store you will be asked for your surname and receipt number, then your parcel will be placed on a seat just inside the store for you to collect to adhere to social distancing rules.

Film Drop Off 

Each store will have envelopes for you to fill out, please complete all sections.

If you purchase your developing online please note your receipt number (SPL-XXX) 

If you haven't purchased online you will be sent an invoice for online payment. Payment must be made before scans will be shared.

All films will be shared back as soon as possible.

Negatives can not be collected until further notice.

Courier Services

All out of town web orders will be shipped from our Constable St store and will be put on the soonest available courier after order has been placed. All parcels will be collected at 3pm on business days. Tracking details will be emailed when parcels are collected.

Store Opening Hours

Constable St will be open Monday - Saturday 11am - 4pm (Closed Sunday) 

Cuba St will be open Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 11am - 4pm (Closed Sunday, Monday Tuesday and Thursday)
